Nutrition Counseling

Our nutrition counseling service offers personalized guidance from a licensed registered dietitian to help you better understand your current eating habits and support your health and wellness goals.

Each session includes a comprehensive dietary assessment and tailored recommendations to fit your lifestyle.

If you've completed a BodPod body composition test or a Quark RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) test, your results can be integrated into your nutrition assessment to provide deeper insights and track progress over time. These tests are optional and not required to benefit from nutrition counseling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Nutrition counseling is for anyone looking to improve their relationship with food and support their overall health—no matter where you're starting from. Our registered dietitian works with individuals across a wide spectrum of needs and goals, including:

  • General Wellness Seekers: If you're simply looking to eat more mindfully, feel better in your body, or learn how to fuel yourself with confidence, nutrition counseling can help you build sustainable habits.
  • Weight Management Support: Whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain or weight maintenance, we offer personalized strategies that prioritize health and long-term success over quick fixes.
  • Athletes & Active Individuals: Optimize performance, recovery and energy levels with nutrition plans tailored to your training schedule and fitness goals.
  • Chronic Condition Management: Nutrition plays a key role in managing conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal disorders and more. We provide evidence-based guidance to support your medical care.
  • Life Transitions: From pregnancy and postpartum to aging and menopause, nutrition needs change over time. We help you adapt your eating habits to support your body through every stage.
  • Busy Professionals & Students: Learn how to make nourishing choices even with a packed schedule, limited time or budget constraints.

A typical session will last 45 minutes. Your first session includes a thorough review of your current eating habits, lifestyle, medical history and health goals. If you've completed a BodPod or Quark RMR test, your results can be incorporated to provide a more personalized analysis.

Each session will also include identifying realistic and meaningful goals – whether it’s improving your energy levels, managing a health condition, enhancing athletic performance, or feeling better in your body.

Based on your assessment, you’ll receive tailored nutrition guidance that fits your preferences, schedule and needs. This may include meal planning tips, grocery strategies and behavior change techniques.

Follow-up sessions are available to monitor progress, adjust goals and provide continued motivation and accountability.

Each session will also include identifying realistic and meaningful goals – whether it’s improving your energy levels, managing a health condition, enhancing athletic performance, or feeling better in your body.

If you’ve completed body composition or metabolic testing, these results can be used to track changes over time and refine your nutrition plan. These tests are optional and not required for counseling.
